@sohamthe2nd It looks to be a video camera that a crew member is operating, and he is not wearing a uniform as Colin would be, also I think he was actually off to the side watching the duel.
That “secret camera guy” in Harry Potter was Colin Creevey. You can see his shaggy blonde hair and everything. Get to know the movie before calling it a mistake.
